| Sunrise Acres is an 8-acre parcel with four small pet friendly cottages grouped together. Each non-smoking cottage has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living area, and small kitchen. Each cottage can sleep 6 with 1 double bed in each bedroom and a hide-a-bed in the living area. All Linens are provided with the exception of towels for the beach. The kitchen includes a microwave, coffeemaker, full size refrigerator, range and limited dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Each cottage has a picnic table outside as well as access to one of two large charcoal grills. The cottages are situated on the north end of the property and the beach and dock are located toward the south end. In between the cottages and the beach is a large community fire pit (limited wood provided), horseshoes and a playground area. Just off the beach are 4 mooring buoys for boats or personal watercraft (limit 1 per cottage). |
